Sirbu Law is a collaboration between four like-minded lawyers with a multi-disciplinary and extensive legal experience.
Georgiana Sirbu, the founder of Sirbu Law, practiced law within one of the biggest law firms in Bucharest and has acted as well as Head of legal in an international energy group in Barcelona.
She holds degrees in law and economics and a Business Law Master Degree in Law in Barcelona.
Georgiana and her team is now employing all her international expertise towards the success of international clients doing business in Romania.
Roxana Vornicu is a Member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2009 with 7 years’ experience at one of top law firms in Romania. She was working with the dispute resolutions department on some of the highest profile cases in Romanian administrative and real estate law.
Her key expertise includes public procurement disputes, administrative disputes, as well as commercial and civil disputes.
Roxana holds a Magna cum Laude European PhD in public procurement law from the University of Verona, Italy with a thesis on damages in the field of public procurement. She was appointed as an Expert and gave lectures on EU public procurement law at the National Institute of Magistrates (Institutul National al Magistraturii) and she is currently a lecturer on public procurement law at the Postgraduate Programme on Public Procurement Law at the Babes- Bolyai University, Cluj, Romania.
